Yes. All LED lighting fixtures undergo 3 major links including accessory selection, machine installation, and machine testing. Our production is 100% in accordance with European CE safety standards.
● How does the ODM service process work?
We provide a comprehensive ODM process including:
- 100% free rendering scene design and lamp appearance design plans.
- 100% free product structure drawings.
- Rapid prototyping with our own laser and 3D printers.
- Professional testing (IES test, scoring ball) with full sample reports.
● How is product quality and customization accuracy ensured?
We implement 7 links of inspection to ensure 100% compliance with customer requirements. With two AI quality control production lines, we maintain a defective rate of less than 1/10000 and a tolerance within 5mm.
● What is the sample policy and delivery time?
We support sample services with a delivery time of 5-15 days. For mass production orders, the standard lead time is approximately 30-45 days.
