Can I have a sample order for solar products?
Yes, we welcome sample orders to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
What about the lead time?
Sample needs 3-5 days, mass production needs 1-2 weeks for order quantities more than one container.
Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are the factory with high production capacity and a wide range of solar products in China.
How to choose the system Voltage 12V / 24V?
We can design the system for you. Usually, a 12V system is used for 15W-40W LED lamps, and a 24V system is used for 50-150W LED lamps.
How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
Samples are shipped by DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, etc. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping are also optional.
What is your Warranty Policy?
We offer a 3 to 5 years warranty for the entire system and replace components with new ones for free in case of quality problems.
